Provision, installation, configuration, customization and maintenance of a comprehensive computerized Payroll Management System for Civil Services Academy (CSA), Lahore, capable of preparing and processing monthly salaries of officers, probationers and all other categories of Academy staff. The system shall provide automatic calculation and deduction of income tax in accordance with applicable tax laws and generate monthly and annual income tax statements, payroll summaries and employee-wise tax reports. It shall automatically calculate and update GP Fund, Group Insurance, Benevolent Fund and other regular or applicable deductions, allowances and financial entitlements. The software shall facilitate the preparation of annual income statements and generate detailed, downloadable and printable reports in Excel and PDF formats, containing relevant employee and payroll information. It shall also provide an option for monthly amendments and updates relating to salary revisions, allowances, deductions, transfers, postings, appointments, increments and other payroll-related particulars. The system shall maintain a centralized and secure employee database, ensure accurate salary calculations, maintain historical payroll records, provide user-friendly search and reporting facilities, and incorporate appropriate user access controls, data backup and recovery mechanisms. The software shall be customizable according to the administrative, financial and accounting procedures of Civil Services Academy, Lahore, and shall include installation, testing, implementation, staff training, technical support, troubleshooting and necessary software updates to ensure smooth, accurate and uninterrupted payroll operations.
