A. Equipment & Printing Specifications • Equipment Type: Heavy-Duty Color Laser Multi-Function Printer (MFP). • Core Functions: Printing, copying and scanning. • Print Technology: Laser / LED electro photographic printing using four individual toner cartridges (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black – CMYK). • Print & Copy Speed: Minimum 30 pages per minute (ppm) or higher for both monochrome and full-colour printing on A4 paper. • Duplex Printing: Automatic double-sided printing/copying through a built-in hardware feature. • First Page Out Time: Not more than 12 seconds for monochrome and 14 seconds for colour printing from ready mode. • Print Resolution: Minimum 600 × 600 dots per inch (dpi), native or higher. • Monthly Duty Cycle: Minimum 40,000 pages maximum monthly printing capability. • Recommended Monthly Print Volume: Suitable for a recommended monthly print volume of approximately 750 to 4,000 pages. • Control Panel: Integrated colour touchscreen display of minimum 3.5 inches (diagonal) or equivalent user-friendly control interface for walk-up system configuration and operation. B. Paper Handling & Feed Attributes • Total Standard Input Capacity: Minimum 300 sheets distributed across the available standard input sources. • Main Input Tray: Dedicated cassette tray with a minimum capacity of 250 sheets, adjustable for A4, Letter and Legal paper sizes. • Multi-Purpose Bypass Feed: Minimum 50-sheet bypass or multipurpose feed tray for envelopes, heavy media and custom paper sizes. • Automatic Document Feeder (ADF): Integrated multi-page document feeder with a minimum capacity of 50 sheets for scanning and copying. • Standard Output Bin: Minimum 150-sheet face-down output capacity or equivalent. C. Connectivity & Digital Integration • Wired Interfaces: Minimum one (01) Hi-Speed USB 2.0 host/device port and one (01) Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000 Base-TX) network interface or higher. • Wireless Connectivity: Integrated wireless network interface supporting 2.4 GHz and/or 5 GHz Wi-Fi connectivity, with Wi-Fi Direct or equivalent peer-to-peer mobile printing functionality. • Mobile Printing Compatibility: Native or equivalent cross-platform mobile printing support, compatible with Apple AirPrint, Mopria or equivalent manufacturer-supported mobile printing standards. • System Processing Memory: Minimum 512 MB system RAM or higher, with adequate internal storage for normal device operation and print processing. D. Delivery & Installation • The successful bidder shall deliver, install and configure the printer at the designated premises, including connection with desktop computers and installation of necessary drivers and network settings. The bidder shall ensure proper installation, configuration and successful testing of all printer functionalities to the satisfaction of the procuring agency.
