Make: Orient. Total Coil Face Area: 4.4 Sq. Ft. Heat Transfer Medium: Refrigerant Gas Tube Material: Copper Tube Size: 3/8 inch diameter. Copper Tubes: 26 SWG, high-quality seamless copper tubing. Number of Rows: 03. Fin Density: 16 FPI (Aluminum Fins). Fins Material: Aluminum Fins Coating: epoxy-coated for corrosive environments Fins: Blue/Gold Hydrophilic Protective Coated Aluminum Fins Side Plates: 2 mm thick Epoxy-Coated on Galvanized Iron (GI).

The scope of work shall include dismantling of defective indoor coil and supply & installation of a new coil in accordance with specified technical requirements. The work shall also include brazing of refrigerant piping connections, pressure testing using dry nitrogen, evacuation of the refrigerant circuit, performance testing, commissioning & restoration of AC unit to proper & satisfactory operating condition.

Overhauling and restoration of a 4 TR scroll compressor fitted in a floor-mounted split air-conditioning system located at the UPS Room, comprising provision and installation of new compressor shaft seals and lubrication pump assembly. The work also includes replenishment with fresh compressor oil after necessary service. Complete in all respect as per directed by engineer incharge.
