  • MV faulty Cable disconnection from 11kv switch gear at both ends, (MDS and SS-4)
  • MV Cable testing using certified Hi-Pot tester from MDS
  • Fault tracing, pinpointing and fault confirmation
  • Excavation and exposure of faulty MV cable section
  • Supply of 3 core armoured MV cable 12kv 300 mm² as per KE specification
  • Supply of Raychem straight joint kits as per KE specification
  • Removal of faulty MV cable/joint and installation of replacement MV cable section and installation of Raychem Joint
  • Post-repair MV cable testing and verification of fault
  • MV Cable reconnection at both substations 11kv switch gear
  • Backfilling of excavated area and concrete the section area after 3 days of fault recitification
  • Final testing prioir to energization of MV cable and submission of test report before and after fault rectification
