• Vendor must not be blacklisted in PPRA. • Vendor Must attached their company registration certificate. • Vendor must attach a document on the company’s letterhead stating how many years the company has experience in supplying / providing IT equipment. • Vendor must attached / Provide Proof of delivery of the IT Equipment’s - item /model offered to any other Banks. • Valid Quotation of the required Item / Brand / Model must be attached with relevant requirement along with Unit Price and All Applicable Taxes with (01) One Year of comprehensive Brand Local Warranty • Delivery of Item must be within 03 / 04 working days from the date of issuance of Purchase order. • Payment Term will be at least 30 working days after delivery of item and submission of Delivery Challan and Original Invoice. • Preference to those Vendor who are Tier-1 partner of offering brand (Certificate to be attached) • Preference to those Vendor who have registered offices in Karachi / Islamabad / Lahore and sub offices in other major cities of Pakistan.
