Tender description

  • Construction of Room for Filtration Plant and Drinking Water Area adjacent to AB-2. EFS 79806
  • Excavation for foundations, in all kinds of soil (except conglomeration of gravel and boulders, soft, sandy or disintegrated and hard rock) and back filling the excavated material all-round the trenches including breaking clods, watering, consolidat
  • Providing and laying 4” thick 1:4:8 cement concrete using screened graded crushed stone 1/2" (13mm) and down gauge from approved source and lawrancepur sand as per specifications in foundation, under floor, under walk way including levelling, compact
  • Providing and laying first class solid burnt brick masonry set in CSM (1:6) in straight or curved walls 9” to 18" thick including scaffolding, raking, out joints and curing etc; complete in foundation, as directed by the Engineer Incharge .
  • Providing and laying 1:2:4 cement concrete hollow paving block masonry of 6”x8”x16” thick, set in CSM (1:4) in straight or curved walls including scaffolding, raking, out joints and curing etc; complete in ground floor, as directed by the Engineer In
  • Providing and laying Precast Slab, including Precast Gurder , 3” thick P:C:C (1:2:4) screeding, leveling and curing, etc. complerte as directed by the Engineer Incharge.
  • Providing laying and applying 3mm thick roof grip water proofing PLASTO GRIP RLA-400 Modified bituminous membrane torch applied polymerized containing non-woven polyester coated, on lower side with PP modified bitumen compound with polyethylene film
  • Providing and applying cement sand (1:4) 1/2" thick plaster on internal/external walls and columns etc; in ground floor including making edges, corners and curing etc. as directed by the Engineer Incharge.
  • Providing and fixing of glazed Champagne anodized or powder coated aluminum openable ventilator as per British standard executive model section single glazed 101mmx37mm and 2mm thick including aluminum jali , the cost of fitting, with all accessories
  • Providing and fixing, 12 mm thick glass door including fix glass also including floor machine, matching hardware, door handles, locking arrangements etc, complete as per direction of engineer incharge.
  • Providing and fixing specific thickness full width Prepolished Granite Slab for top of drinking water area wall 3/4" thick for up to 12 Sft size, including grinding, polishing, making nose, cutting, etc complete as per direction of engineer incharge.
  • Providing and fixing, 16 SWG. Stainless Steel Drain Chanel (Tray), Size 1’ width, 6” deep including fixing arrangements, cutting, welding, Grinding, painting, nuts, bolts and washers etc, complete as per Drawing and direction of engineer incharge.
  • Providing and installation of UPVC class-B drainage pipes including cost of all kinds of fittings such as Wye, Tee, Sockets, Reducers Hangers/supports/paint/making and repair of holes in slab/wall, excavation and back filling and as required for comp
